Case study 04 — Real estate · Dubai
Centurion Properties
Luxury real estate, built to feel premium.
The website for Centurion Properties, a Dubai developer behind premium off-plan residential and commercial projects in Business Bay, JVC and Motor City.
01 — The challenge
What the site needed to do
Off-plan buyers and investors judge a developer by its brand long before they see a building. Centurion needed a site that feels as premium as its towers, presents each project clearly and turns interest into registered enquiries, on desktop and on the phones most Gulf buyers browse on.
02 — My role
Design to a live WordPress site
As a freelance project, I built the front-end as a custom WordPress theme, no page builder, so the site stays fast, on-brand and easy for the team to update from the dashboard.
03 — What I built
Key sections
- A full-screen video hero with the "Design. Develop. Deliver." line and one clear call to action
- Signature project highlights as a tabbed slider: Burj Capital, Capital One JVC, Flora Isle Residences and Sola Residences
- A "Why Centurion" block with icon cards for design, amenities, smart layouts and on-time delivery
- Partners logo strip, latest news cards and an FAQ accordion
- A "Register your interest" lead form wired to Contact Form 7

04 — Front-end craft
How it's built
- GSAP ScrollSmoother for a slow, luxurious scroll, with ScrollTrigger reveals on every section
- Swiper sliders for the project showcase, with Fancybox galleries and video popups
- Lazy-loaded hero video and scripts through LiteSpeed Cache to keep the first paint quick
- Yoast SEO and Google Site Kit set up so every project page is indexable and tracked
- Responsive layouts tuned for phones, where most investor traffic arrives
